Data table is a tool to search and filter items from open files according to their properties.

The properties of an individual item can be viewed on the Properties tab. The Properties tab lists all the property information that the object has.
Open Data table
The Data table tool is opened from the second lowest icon on the left sidebar.
Filtering items with the search function
The search field can be used to filter the attributes that contain the word or part of the word. In the example, we are searching for pile.
You can select all items at once as active by pressing the text box in the first column.
In this example, Pile.
Filter to show only the items you want. Open the quick tool menu by right-clicking and select Show only
Sorting an item by value
Items can be sorted in numerical or alphabetical order by pressing the header line of the table.
By pressing a row, the element can be selected from the map. The item will be coloured yellow. In this way, the largest pillar can be identified in the example.
Filtering values
The values in the search field can be filtered to display different values by pressing the funnel icon. To deactivate filtering, press the funnel icon again.
In the example, volumes with values greater than 0.5 cubic are filtered. The filtering process filters out 4 items.
Summarizing the results of the Data table and export to Excel
The Data table tool calculates the number of items in brackets at the end of the grouping field.
The last row of the table sums the values of the cells above it.
The example has 48 Piles.
The results can be exported as a separate Excel file by clicking on Excel export from the top right corner behind the three dots.
