Open Settings
From the left-hand sidebar, select Settings, then choose Project Users.
Add Users
Click the Add Users button.
Adding Users by Email Address
Enter the users’ email addresses in the Add by email address field.
You can add multiple users at once.
After typing an email address, click the plus icon (+) next to the field.
Adding Users from a CSV File
You can prepare a user list in advance with defined access rights.
The CSV file must include the following format:

First row:
Email;Access type -
Following rows:
user@example.com;Vieweranother.user@example.com;Viewer
Make sure to use a semicolon (
;) as the separator and check that the access types are correct.
Selecting a User Role
Choose a role for each user from the dropdown menu.

Email Invitation
You can choose to send an invitation email to the users.
Final Step
Click the Add Users button to add the users to the project.
💡 Note: Vektor.io will automatically create a new user account for anyone who is not already part of an any project.
